System Problem Reporting Print  

The System Problem Reporting system is a method of tracking problems relating to LTXC software and hardware products for all current product lines, designed to ensure timely processing and resolution of problems.

LTXC customers can report problems and submit enhancement requests by creating a System Problem Report (SPR). These requests are tracked through a database reporting system from submittal until closure, allowing users to track the status of any of their SPRs or any SPRs submitted from their company.
